Arauris Pure is a facial cold plunge bowl with a separate outer chamber for ice. It cools the water without ice touching your skin, making plunging smoother, safer, and more enjoyable.

Add ice (and optional infusions like cucumber or lemon slices) to the outer chamber, then fill the inner bowl with water. Rock the bowl gently forward and back to circulate the chilled water. Immerse your face for 10–30 seconds at a time. You can either hold your breath as you submerge, or breathe through the included snorkel for longer submersion times.

Daily use is safe and recommended. Many people face plunge in the morning to reduce puffiness, throughout the day for a quick boost, or before bed to relax.

No. Ice goes in the outer chamber, not in the plunge bowl. This keeps the water cold without sharp ice against your skin, which would otherwise easily damage sensitive facial skin.

With enough ice in the chamber, the water can stay chilled for 20–40 minutes, depending on room temperature and how often you plunge.

Yes! You can add cucumber slices, lemon, mint, or even essential oils (a drop or two) into the ice chamber. They’ll cool and gently infuse the water without floating around your face.

Yes. The materials are skin-safe, non-toxic, and food-grade quality, and the design avoids direct ice-on-skin contact, which can cause irritation or damage. The included snorkel is also food-grade non-toxic material, and is safe for everyday use.

Rinse the bowl and snorkel with mild soap and warm water after each use. Allow to airdry, and do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Yes. While designed for cold plunging, you can also use it with warm water and add infusions for relaxation.
